New Support Process

Dear Cloud Cruiser Customer, In February 2017, HPE acquired Cloud Cruiser to leverage the company’s capabilities for metering and billing hybrid cloud usage and spend. These capabilities are a key part of HPE Flexible Capacity and are being expanded across a broader set of exciting new HPE consumption-based offerings. To better serve these goals, HPE has decided to discontinue selling Cloud Cruiser 4 and Cloud Cruiser 16 as stand-alone subscriptions to new customers effective November 17, 2017. Customers with existing subscriptions will continue to receive support via the HPE Support Center and we are committed to ensuring a seamless migration of your Cloud Cruiser Support Contract(s) to HPE Support Service Agreement(s). We value your business and look forward to serving you with HPE’s broad portfolio of products, services, and support. New HPE Support Service Agreement ID(s) Your existing Cloud Cruiser support agreement identifier will be replaced with an HPE support service agreement identifier effective November 17, 2017. Link your new HPE Support Service Agreement today In order to submit online support requests, you must set up your HPE PassPort. To do this, go to the HPE Support Center (https://cf.passport.hpe.com/hppcf/login.do?hpappid=118682_MYNETWORKING_PRO_HPE) and follow the instructions for first time users. Afterwards, you will need to link your HPE support agreements to your Passport. Follow the online instructions to link your HPE support agreements individually or use the batch link tool (https://cf.passport.hpe.com/hppcf/login.do?hpappid=111319_HPSC_PRO_HPE) for multiple agreements. Your new Support Service Agreement ID (SAID), along with your Service Agreement Reference (SAR), will be used when you contact Hewlett Packard Enterprise for support. These have been emailed to the appropriate contact at your organization. We are committed to ensuring a seamless migration of your Cloud Cruiser Support Contract(s) to HPE Support Service Agreement(s). While Cloud Cruiser will no longer be offered as a stand-alone subscription to new customers, it will be incorporated into broader HPE consumption offers like Flexible Capacity moving forward.
